Inspection Charge
For all machines booked into our workshop, a non-refundable inspection fee of £30 plus VAT will apply. This fee is intended to cover the time and resources required to thoroughly diagnose any faults or issues with the machine.
Please note that this inspection charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not the repair work is subsequently carried out. However, should you decide to proceed with the repair, the full inspection fee will be deducted from the final repair cost. This ensures that you are not charged twice for the diagnostic process.
Collection and Disposal Policy
If, after a period of three months from the date we contact you to inform you that your machine is ready for collection, the machine has not been collected or arrangements have not been made for its collection, we reserve the right to dispose of the machine at our discretion.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you within this three-month period, but if no response or collection is made within this timeframe, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the machine following disposal. Any outstanding charges for services rendered, including inspection fees and repairs, will still be due even if the machine is not collected.
