Powered by STIGA the GT 38H Twin has a muscular 586cc twin-cylinder engine that offers a high torque performance and super-smooth power delivery; while overhead valves work to deliver a sizeable reduction in costly fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions.
A fully hydrostatic drive system makes the GT 38H Twin a real pleasure to use, with forward and reverse speeds controlled in infinite increments via a foot pedal, which in turn makes obstacle negotiation a breeze. Combining seven pre-set heights of cut with a choice of mowing options – collecting; rear discharge or mulching, the GT 38H Twin can tackle short or longer grass with ease.
In order to prevent surface damage when turning on uneven ground, the highly productive 98cm cutter deck on the GT38H Twin has been fitted with a series of anti-scalp gouge wheels.
