The high-quality premium rape straw is hand-selected and is then chopped and dust extracted. This creates soft bedding which remains highly absorbent, holds its structure well avoiding big hocks from impact with a hard floor and helps to reduce dust levels in the stable.
Raviera horse and animal bedding will compost quicker than any other natural bedding, reducing labour and large muck piles. Disposal of rotted manure is generally easier when using rape straw and preferred by farmers, compared to wood-based bedding.
